Kicking metaphorical bushes

Sometimes I don't agree with some policy of a group I'm a part of.

Sometimes when I don't agree with said policy, I go kicking around bushes to make it known that said policy is dumb.

Sometimes there are metaphorical hornet nests in said metaphorical bushes.

In my latest kicking adventure there hasn't been any hornets yet, but you never know.
